We are looking for a skilled and experienced Concrete Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our concrete production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient plant performance, maintain product quality, and lead a motivated team to meet production targets while complying with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Concrete Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, including:

• Supervising daily production activities to guarantee timely delivery of high-grade concrete products.
• Ensuring strict adherence to mix designs, technical specifications, and company safety protocols.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating plant personnel such as batching operators, drivers, and maintenance technicians to optimize performance.
• Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs of plant machinery to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Managing inventory levels of raw materials and coordinating logistics to support uninterrupted production flow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in managing concrete production facilities or similar industrial plants.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and improve operational efficiency.
• Comprehensive understanding of concrete mix designs, quality control measures, and safety standards.
• Experience with plant equipment maintenance coordination and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
