Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and After-Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling after-sales support, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally addressing customer questions and complaints, collaborating closely with branches, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate after-sales services. You will monitor and follow up on customer orders, repairs, returns, and other service requests, while ensuring all cases are thoroughly documented and resolved promptly. Additionally, providing regular updates and reports on after-sales operations is an essential part of this position. Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction remains a primary focus.
Requirements
- Filipino nationals only
- Minimum age of 25 years
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Experience in the optical industry preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and Outlook
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
