Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician for immediate hire to support facility management operations at QNB Head Office in Qatar. This is a one-month contract position with the possibility of extension, ideal for professionals with a strong electrical background and hands-on experience in maintenance within commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
The Electrical Technician will be responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on electrical panels, lighting systems, power distribution networks, and related MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components. Troubleshooting electrical faults and interpreting technical drawings will be essential tasks to ensure the smooth operation of all electrical infrastructure in the facility.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Facility Management, focusing on electrical systems
- Proficient in handling electrical panels, lighting installations, power distribution, and MEP maintenance tasks
- Working knowledge of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems to manage maintenance schedules and records
- Familiarity with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance processes
- Strong troubleshooting abilities coupled with the skill to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
