Job Overview

Triforce Computer System in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Sales and Support Officer. This role involves promoting IT products and services while delivering essential technical support to clients. The ideal candidate combines sales skills with hands-on technical knowledge to help grow our customer base and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer portfolio
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Prepare accurate quotations and engage in timely follow-ups with prospective customers
• Promote IT products, solutions, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to meet sales goals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company
• Provide front-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment
• Install, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
• Assist clients with email setup and Microsoft 365 account management
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer problems
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and support documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of combined experience in IT sales or technical support roles
• Fundamental understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment
• Possession of a UAE driving license is advantageous but not mandatory
