We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join a reputable construction firm based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the fit out, joinery, construction, or contracting sectors. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with established accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records. Key duties include preparing financial reports, conducting account reconciliations, and managing both accounts payable and receivable. The role also involves supporting budgeting activities, audits, and meeting compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience within the fit out, joinery, construction, or contracting industries is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in ERP or accounting software along with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information

Applicants who can join immediately will be given preference. The salary for this position is AED 10,000 per month.
