Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor with expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil engineering disciplines to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will oversee installation, maintenance, and construction tasks while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 350 to 450 BD.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Supervisor:

• Lead and supervise the installation, testing, and repair of electrical systems, including panels, transformers, and wiring networks.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to national and international codes and project-specific technical specifications.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits, enforce the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and manage necessary permits such as Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and hot work permits.

Mechanical Supervisor:

• Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repair operations for rotating and static mechanical equipment, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, providing technical guidance to maintenance teams.

Civil Supervisor:

• Coordinate construction site activities including excavation, concrete work, formwork preparation, and structural steel assembly.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all structures meet design specifications, focusing on integrity, alignment, and measurement accuracy.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to maintain smooth site operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering fields.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry codes, safety standards, and construction practices.
• Ability to lead teams, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise related to the respective discipline.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and teams on site.
