Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Male Reservation Staff member to join our team. This role involves managing bookings, confirming reservations, and assisting customers with inquiries related to services such as hotels, airlines, restaurants, resorts, travel agencies, or event venues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The reservation staff will be responsible for receiving and processing reservation requests through various channels such as phone, email, website, or face-to-face interactions. Ensuring accurate entry of booking details into reservation systems is crucial, alongside confirming, modifying, or cancelling reservations based on customer needs.

In addition, the candidate will provide customers with detailed information regarding rates, availability, promotions, services, and policies. Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date customer and booking records is essential. Coordination with internal departments like front office, housekeeping, sales, and operations will also be necessary to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Handling all customer inquiries promptly and resolving any issues related to reservations are key parts of the role. Monitoring the availability of rooms, seats, or services to maximize occupancy or utilization will be expected. Preparation of reservation reports and keeping management informed on booking statuses are also part of daily responsibilities. Compliance with company procedures related to payments, deposits, and cancellations is mandatory.
