This role involves managing the procurement of essential components, raw materials, and machinery supplied to industrial manufacturers and major contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales and Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing large volumes of client requests for quotations, ensuring accurate matching of complex technical specifications with international suppliers. Daily duties also include utilizing an ERP system to maintain product data, track pricing, and keep inventory records up to date.
Strong communication is essential, as the role requires extensive professional correspondence using Outlook with corporate clients and vendors primarily from India, Indonesia, and surrounding regions. The coordinator will oversee order fulfillment schedules, lead times, and compliance requirements to meet strict deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or commercial operations within Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in ERP software, with ERPNext experience considered a strong advantage.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and matching.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, delivering clear and precise correspondence.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stress situations involving clients, suppliers, and management.
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and thrives in a challenging environment. A valid transferable Iqama is preferred, and the role is based on-site in Riyadh.
