We are inviting applications for the position of Junior Accountant/Data Entry Specialist at a small-scale manufacturing company based in Ajman, UAE. Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping records using Tally software, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded. You will work closely with the team and provide regular updates to management. Additional duties include managing inventory levels for spare parts and raw materials, preparing invoices, and handling dispatch documents to support smooth operational workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in bookkeeping and experience working with Tally software
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate reports clearly to management
• Basic understanding of inventory control and document preparation processes
• Good command of English for effective communication

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably a graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or data entry
• Open to both male and female applicants
• Candidates from the Philippines, East Asia, Sri Lanka, or African regions are preferred
• Visa sponsorship will be provided to truly deserving candidates
