Our women’s wear boutique, located in Seef and Riffa, is seeking a motivated and experienced female sales associate to join our friendly team. If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy helping customers find the perfect outfit, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a welcoming manner, providing fashion advice, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. You will handle sales transactions using POS software and assist with inventory management when needed. Maintaining the boutique’s presentation and assisting with daily store operations will also be part of your duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum age of 30 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude
• Experience using POS sales software or eagerness to learn
• Previous retail sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Working Conditions

The position includes six-day work weeks with eight-hour shifts and a one-hour lunch break. Our flexible working schedule is designed to accommodate your lifestyle needs. Transportation to and from the boutique will be provided for your convenience.
