Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welding Engineer to join a critical Saudi Aramco Tank Repair and Maintenance project. This role requires extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in welding processes, quality control, and maintenance operations related to large-scale tank infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The Welding Engineer will manage and supervise welding procedures including the development and implementation of WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Records). Ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards throughout the tank repair and maintenance phases will be essential. The engineer will also collaborate closely with project teams to guarantee compliance with technical and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering.
• Proven track record in tank repair and maintenance projects with hands-on experience in welding procedures.
• Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards including WPS, PQR, and quality control mechanisms.
• Previous involvement in Saudi Aramco projects will be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently under project timelines and deliver high-quality results.

Additional Requirements

Immediate availability is preferred, and candidates holding transferable Iqama sponsorship will be favored. Effective communication skills and a proactive approach are important for navigating the dynamic project environment.
