Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join a reputed Interior Design and Fit-Out firm based in Bahrain. This role requires handling daily office operations while supporting project teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing office administration tasks, which include:

  • Overseeing daily office activities and maintaining organized records.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and preparing essential project documents.
  • Creating quotations, invoices, and handling correspondence with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Following up with external parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Supporting project managers and the design team with administrative duties to facilitate project progress.

Required Skills & Experience

A suitable candidate must possess solid experience in an administrative or office coordination role, preferably within the interior design, construction, or fit-out sectors. Essential skills include:

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English for professional client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional knowledge of project coordination, quotations, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) will be advantageous. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and AI-assisted applications like ChatGPT or Gemini is a plus.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration or office coordination is mandatory.
  • Preferred candidates will be Bahraini nationals, but all qualified male or female applicants are welcome to apply.
