Job Overview
A reputable Facility Management and Hospitality company is urgently seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisors for new projects based in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing housekeeping operations within luxury hotel environments, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
The position offers a 12-hour shift schedule and a competitive salary ranging from SAR 4,500 to SAR 5,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across guest areas while ensuring a smooth operation in occupied spaces.
- Implement and monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols consistent with 5-star hospitality standards and BICSc guidelines.
- Manage guest interactions professionally, addressing complaints and enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Oversee the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment while enforcing safety standards among staff.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with all operational standards and company policies.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience working as a Housekeeping Supervisor in 5-star hotels, resorts, airport lounges, or related hospitality sectors.
- Strong command of English for effective communication with guests and team members.
- Proven expertise in housekeeping operations, team leadership, and guest service etiquette.
- Familiarity with cleaning materials, safety practices, and industry standards including hygiene protocols and inspection processes.
- Ability to manage housekeeping staff efficiently in dynamic, guest-occupied environments.
- Immediate availability is preferred to meet project timelines.
