Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Techno Business Analyst to join their Qatar operations, specializing in Digital Channels and API integration within the banking sector. This role demands expertise in corporate and retail online/mobile banking platforms along with strong experience in API analysis and testing.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and testing APIs, including Open Banking APIs, preparing comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), and developing detailed test cases that cover all aspects of the project scope. The role includes reviewing and documenting technical analysis, supporting customer incidents, managing defect life cycles, and reporting execution statuses.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with system analysts and developers to design and enhance business systems, tracking business specification changes, contributing to user documentation and training materials, and overseeing systems business cycle specifications to ensure accuracy and control.

The analyst will also handle system incidents promptly, coordinating fixes to minimize disruption and uphold service quality.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience within the banking IT environment, including four years focused on implementing corporate and retail internet/mobile banking solutions.
• At least three years of proven experience in API and Open Banking API analysis and testing.
• Strong understanding of Payment and SWIFT standards alongside knowledge of Core Banking systems like Equation.
• Expertise in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for banking solutions.
• Proficient in business process analysis, mapping, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across various organizational levels.
• Strong time management skills, capable of thriving in deadline-driven environments.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of data protection, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
