We are actively seeking experienced Fiber Optic Splicer Technicians to join our team in the UAE. This opportunity offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 2,800 and is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic splicing and network maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for performing fiber optic cable splicing, termination, and testing to ensure network integrity and performance. Operating fusion splicing machinery and using OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) testing equipment will be essential daily tasks. The role also involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fiber optic networks, including activities such as cable routing, joint closures, and fiber restoration. Adherence to project specifications and safety standards is critical, along with keeping detailed records of splicing work, test outcomes, and project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in FTTH (Fiber to the Home), OSP (Outside Plant), and telecom fiber optic projects.
• Proficiency with fusion splicing and relevant testing equipment.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret network diagrams and fiber route plans.
• Valid technical certifications related to fiber optics are advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting capability with effective problem-solving skills.
