Job Overview

Al Shaheen Establishment is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Online Delivery Coordinator to join our operations team based in Doha, Qatar. This role is integral to managing online order processing and ensuring smooth delivery operations in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Online Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing order workflows from receipt to delivery. This includes coordinating with inventory teams, monitoring delivery schedules, and providing timely follow-up on order status. Maintaining strong communication with customers to resolve inquiries and challenges efficiently is a crucial part of the role. The coordinator will also support logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring accurate order fulfillment through effective use of ERP systems.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficient in order management systems and supporting online delivery processes.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP platforms is highly advantageous.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with particular expertise in Excel for reporting and data management.
• Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate inventory and oversee delivery follow-ups with attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in online order processing, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations.
