Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to join a reputable construction company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing civil construction projects, including building, infrastructure, and industrial sites. This role requires strong leadership qualities coupled with in-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily construction site activities and leading a workforce to deliver projects on time and within quality standards. Coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and on-site teams will be essential to ensure tasks are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitoring site productivity, quality control, and progress reporting will also be key aspects of your duties.

• Oversee daily civil construction operations and labor management
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to resolve on-site challenges
• Track project progress and labor productivity consistently
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and health regulations
• Report daily updates regarding site issues, progress, and material needs
• Inspect completed work and support smooth project handover activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within construction or infrastructure projects. A solid understanding of civil construction methodologies, blueprint reading, and Saudi Arabian construction standards including HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) is essential. Excellent leadership abilities, clear communication, and strong team management skills are critical to excel in this role.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in civil construction supervision
• Proficiency in interpreting civil drawings and construction methods
• Knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams effectively

Additional Information

Candidates must be willing to work within the offered salary range of 5,000 to 5,500 SAR monthly. Familiarity with the local work environment and prior experience working in Saudi Arabia as a Civil Supervisor is preferred.
