We have immediate openings for Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager roles, ideal for candidates with extensive experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industries.

Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager position requires a minimum of 10 years of proven expertise in managing supply chain operations, focusing on procurement, inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in streamlining supply chain processes to ensure cost efficiency while upholding the highest product quality standards.

Production Manager

The Production Manager will oversee food production activities, preferably in a restaurant or central kitchen environment, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include production planning, quality assurance, and managing production teams. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to handle large-scale food production efficiently without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize supply chain and procurement to reduce costs and improve service levels (Supply Chain Manager)
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Oversee inventory management and logistics to maintain smooth operations
• Plan and coordinate food production schedules to meet demand (Production Manager)
• Maintain strict quality control standards throughout production processes
• Lead and develop teams to enhance productivity and maintain high standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in supply chain or production management within the restaurant or food industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Ability to manage high-volume production operations efficiently
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proven track record of improving processes and controlling costs without sacrificing quality
