Job Overview

A prominent bakery group is currently looking for a skilled and imaginative Pastry & Cake Decorator Chef to enhance their culinary team. This role focuses on crafting a diverse array of delicious cakes and pastries with a creative flair for decoration and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of cakes and pastries, including celebration and birthday cakes. They will be expected to apply professional techniques for decorating and to develop innovative recipes while staying updated on the latest trends in cake artistry. Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety is essential in this position.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have proven hands-on experience as a pastry chef with a strong background in cake decoration. Mastery in working with cream, chocolate, and fondant (sugar paste) is required. Candidates must demonstrate artistic creativity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary of 180 BHD, reflecting the importance of the position within the bakery group.
