Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Male Barista to join the team at the NH Collection Hotel located in Palm Jumeirah. This opportunity is ideal for applicants, preferably from the Kabayan community, who have at least one year of relevant experience in coffee preparation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
• Provide excellent customer service to guests ensuring a pleasant café experience
• Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently and safely
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed

Work Schedule and Benefits

The position offers working hours from 10 AM to 8 PM with a one-hour break. Employees will have one weekly day off. The starting salary is 3000 AED per month, plus free transportation to and from the workplace.

Requirements

• Male candidates with at least 1 year of barista experience
• Preference given to candidates from the Kabayan community
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
