We are seeking a motivated and accomplished Assistant Sales Manager or Regional Manager to join our expanding team covering Jeddah, Central, and Eastern regions of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in sales management, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a dynamic sales force.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. You will lead and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets, while fostering strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Keeping a close eye on market trends and competitor actions is essential to adapt and enhance sales approaches. Requirements
The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in business or any related field and possess a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the FMCG sector.
