Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with experience in warehouse storage and racking systems who can combine technical knowledge with strong sales capabilities to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building long-lasting client relationships. Key tasks include conducting site visits to assess customer needs, recommending appropriate storage solutions, and preparing detailed technical proposals and commercial quotations. Additionally, the role involves negotiating deals, closing sales effectively, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and high client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse storage, racking, shelving, steel structures, or material handling industries.
• Strong knowledge of steel structures and warehouse storage systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software for creating storage system layouts and project proposals.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer management.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and involves regular interaction with clients, contractors, and consultants on-site and off-site. The role demands a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality communication with the team and customers.
