Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and possess prior hospitality sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include leading and inspiring the sales team, cultivating strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves monitoring sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management, collaborating with marketing to enhance market presence, and negotiating client contracts to secure beneficial agreements.

Requirements and Skills

The ideal candidate must have at least five years’ experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality field with proven leadership capabilities managing sales teams. A deep understanding of the Saudi hospitality market is essential, along with outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, and the ability to perform well under pressure while consistently achieving targets is critical.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required to qualify for this position.
