A reputable Contracting & Services Fitout Company is seeking a motivated Arabic-speaking female professional to join their sales and marketing team. This role focuses on driving business growth across the GCC region and offers flexible working options, including remote work or office-based positions within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence by promoting products, services, interior fitouts, and operation and maintenance services. Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business
• Actively identifying prospective clients and generating leads
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Developing strategic sales plans and providing regular sales reporting
• Collaborating with internal teams to align efforts towards company objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region
• Proven expertise in selling products and services related to interior fitout, contracting, and maintenance operations
• Exceptional client relationship management skills combined with a positive, result-driven attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with an outgoing personality
• Ability to strategically plan and report on sales activities effectively
