Key Responsibilities
In this dual role, you will manage a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the company and its marketing efforts. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to client inquiries and overseeing daily office administration functions
- Coordinating visa processing and related services including LMRA, GOSI, CPR, EWA, and document clearance
- Managing and updating social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
- Creating engaging marketing content, posts, and advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility
- Maintaining ongoing client communication to foster strong customer relationships
- Assisting with company formation processes and consultancy service support
- Organizing and maintaining office records and necessary documentation
- Providing day-to-day operational and customer service support
Required Skills and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Currently residing in Bahrain
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Experience or knowledge in social media marketing and customer service
- Basic graphic design capabilities using tools like Canva or Photoshop are a plus
- Preferably some understanding of LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT, MOH, EWA, and visa-related services, though freshers with strong computer and communication skills are encouraged to apply
