We are seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer to join a prominent holding company in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on both interior and exterior design aspects along with overseeing fit-out project execution. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience managing site supervision and practical design applications aligned with diverse architectural styles.

Key Responsibilities

The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed shop drawings, developing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and designing furniture layouts that optimize space utilization. The role entails site supervision duties to ensure smooth fit-out execution and proactive problem-solving for any on-site challenges encountered during the process.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience, including direct involvement in site management and fit-out execution projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit will be considered advantageous.
• Expertise in various design styles such as Modern, Classic, New Classic, and French.
• Strong background in space planning and detailed furniture layout design.
• Effective communication skills in English to coordinate across teams and with clients.
