We are currently seeking a skilled Cost Control and Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team at the Head Office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires overseeing the management of spare parts inventory while ensuring cost efficiency and smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in procurement coordination and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory levels and warehouse functions effectively. This includes coordinating procurement processes, establishing and maintaining supplier partnerships, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. Daily operations also involve performing vendor account reconciliations and preparing detailed cost control reports. Reporting duties encompass generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational updates to track inventory status and expenses. Additionally, this role supports workshop operations by guaranteeing the availability of necessary spare parts to avoid any production delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have at least five years of professional experience in inventory control, spare parts management, warehouse operations, or cost control roles. A strong familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, is highly desired. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the broader MS Office suite is essential to handle reporting and data analysis tasks efficiently. Candidates must also bring proven experience in vendor management and financial reconciliation processes. Essential personal skills include strong analytical abilities, organization, and attention to detail to manage complex inventory and cost data.
