Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a native Arabic speaker with strong English skills and a solid background in electrical engineering, particularly within MEP projects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the technical accuracy and compliance of electrical designs throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

The engineer will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating electrical shop drawings, preparing and submitting technical and material submittals, and responding to consultant comments and technical queries. Maintaining effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and suppliers is essential to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, the role involves supporting project teams with necessary technical documentation and ensuring all materials meet required standards and approvals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least five years of experience working on MEP projects.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for electrical design and drawing coordination.
• Experience reviewing electrical shop drawings and Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings.
• Skilled in preparing and submitting comprehensive material submittals.
• Good understanding of Saudi Arabian standards, project specifications, and consultant approval processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure compliance and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with low current systems is a plus.
