FLOW Consortium is seeking reliable Traffic Management Flagmen to join their team in Riyadh. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining safe traffic flow and supporting maintenance, inspection, and emergency operations on the roads. Key Responsibilities

The Traffic Management Flagman will be responsible for implementing approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) to ensure the safety of both workers and motorists. Core duties include installing and removing traffic control devices such as cones, barriers, signs, and warning lights. You will direct and control traffic around work zones to prevent accidents and facilitate smooth vehicle movement.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating vehicle movement, especially for maintenance crews and heavy equipment, as well as managing emergency lane closures. Upholding safety standards at all times to create a secure working environment is a fundamental aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Certification as a Traffic Marshal or Flagman is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic training in road safety principles and practices.
• Strong physical fitness with awareness of potential hazards on site.
• Basic English communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, often in outdoor settings.

Work Environment

This position requires working in various outdoor locations around Riyadh, often exposed to different weather conditions. The role involves active monitoring and adjustment of traffic flows near work zones, demanding vigilance and responsiveness to changing situations.
