A reputable building contracting company in Bahrain is urgently seeking qualified professionals for key roles in an upcoming construction project. Candidates must currently reside in Bahrain and be ready for immediate visa transfers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team contributing to significant infrastructure development.

Available Positions and Qualifications

The company is looking to fill the following positions, each requiring specific qualifications and regional experience:

• Project Manager (Civil Engineer): Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech), possess a valid CRPEP license, and have over 7 years of professional experience working in similar roles within GCC countries or Bahrain.
• Site Engineer (Civil Engineer): Applicants should have a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, a current CRPEP license, and at least 5 years of experience at site engineering positions in the GCC or Bahrain.
• Safety Officer: The role requires certified professionals compliant with Bahrain’s Ministry of Labour safety standards and a minimum of 2 years working experience in safety roles across the GCC or Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

Each role will focus on managing and executing tasks aligned with the construction project’s goals and regulations:

• Project Manager: Oversee all phases of construction, coordinate resources, ensure project timelines and budget adherence, and liaise with stakeholders to guarantee compliance and quality standards.
• Site Engineer: Supervise daily site operations, manage onsite staff, monitor progress against plans, and ensure health and safety protocols are implemented effectively.
• Safety Officer: Enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, provide safety training, and ensure the project aligns with local safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

All applicants must currently be based in Bahrain and immediately available for employment. Holding the necessary professional licenses and certifications as required by local authorities is mandatory. Experience working in GCC countries or Bahrain is a must to ensure familiarity with regional practices and standards.
