Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and professional Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team and ensure outstanding dining experiences for our guests. This role involves supervising daily operations, managing waitstaff, and coordinating effectively with the kitchen and management to maintain smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s daily activities, leading the service team to uphold high standards, and handling guest inquiries and concerns to guarantee satisfaction. You will also work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless coordination and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the restaurant.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Valid Iqama for non-Saudi applicants

Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of 1600 SAR along with accommodation, transportation, and meals provided according to company policy. Additional benefits will be offered in line with Saudi labor law regulations.
