Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator and Cost Control & Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with solid experience in cost estimation, project planning, and budget control, specifically within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling both Civil and MEP projects, along with the ability to accurately interpret Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates and quotations, maintaining stringent cost control during project execution, and developing effective project schedules. Strong analytical skills are needed to evaluate BOQs and contribute to efficient project planning strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Extensive knowledge of cost estimation processes and quotation preparation.
• Proficient in cost control techniques and project schedule planning.
• Ability to interpret and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Experience with both Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Civil projects is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with cost estimation software.
• Available for immediate joining.
