Job Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh seeks an experienced Engineer Technician Safety Officer to support the installation, operation, and maintenance of technical systems and infrastructure. The role ensures equipment and processes meet performance, compliance, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams during technical deployments, and maintain accurate technical documentation. As a Safety Officer, the role includes monitoring workplace safety conditions, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and assisting with health and safety policy implementation. Additional duties involve supporting process improvements, training staff on safe work practices, and responding to incidents following company protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in engineering or IT systems, with hands-on experience in installing, operating, and maintaining equipment or digital infrastructure.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, manuals, and diagrams accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving technical challenges promptly.
• Excellent communication skills for working closely with teams, vendors, and stakeholders professionally.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A relevant technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Technology, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
• Safety certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are considered a plus.
• Previous experience in similar technician, engineering, or safety roles within on-site or industrial settings is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Riyadh and adhere to company and regulatory guidelines.
