Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily production operations in the plastic injection molding department. The ideal candidate will manage machine efficiency, maintain quality standards, and guide a team of operators to achieve optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

The Injection Molding Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the molding process, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production goals. Key duties include:

• Supervising injection molding production activities and coordinating team efforts
• Monitoring machine parameters and production output to meet quality and efficiency targets
• Resolving process or equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Providing leadership and training to machine operators and technicians
• Enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company policies
• Collaborating with maintenance and quality control teams for continuous process improvements

Required Skills and Experience

Successful candidates will demonstrate solid industry knowledge and leadership ability, with the following qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in injection molding, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Deep understanding of molding machines, mold setup, and process optimization techniques
• Familiarity with automation technologies and troubleshooting mechanical or process issues
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Current residency in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama for immediate employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems to manage production data
• Ability to manage and coordinate shift operations effectively
