China Railway Construction is urgently looking for experienced Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join our high-profile construction projects in Riyadh. This opportunity involves leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering efforts on high-rise buildings and upscale hotel developments. We seek professionals with a strong background in managing complex MEP systems within demanding construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all MEP operations on-site. Your duties will include reviewing technical plans, coordinating between multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that installations meet rigorous standards for quality and safety. You will supervise testing, commissioning, and handover processes while keeping the project schedule aligned with deadlines. Additionally, addressing technical challenges and providing effective engineering solutions throughout the construction phase will be central to your role.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical engineering roles, specifically within high-rise building projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction environments.
• Deep understanding of MEP systems design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong coordination abilities with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.
• Proven problem-solving skills paired with effective project management capabilities.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to interpret and validate technical drawings and project specifications accurately.
• Knowledge of local regulations and international construction standards to ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders including clients and subcontractors.
