Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Project Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in steel fabrication projects to join our growing team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in managing fabrication and erection work while ensuring all project phases meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of steel fabrication projects, including workshop and site activities. Responsibilities include interpreting and reviewing fabrication drawings, coordinating with site teams, and supervising project execution. You will also plan and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance, while actively addressing potential risks and preparing contingency strategies. Maintaining close communication with clients, suppliers, and management to provide updates and resolve issues is an integral part of the role. Adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks is essential throughout the project phases.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing steel fabrication, erection, and site coordination activities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.
• Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Additional Requirements

Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be considered. Preference will be given to applicants from South India, specifically from Kerala or Tamil Nadu regions.
