Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced male receptionist to join our gym team. This unique role combines front desk responsibilities with cleaning duties to ensure the gym remains welcoming and well-maintained for our members. The position requires a candidate who can handle customer service tasks efficiently while keeping the gym hall, machines, glass, and toilets clean. This opportunity is located in Bahrain, and the candidate must be ready to work on a rotational day and night shift basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the reception counter and greet gym members professionally.
• Handle phone calls and respond to member inquiries promptly.
• Manage cash transactions with accuracy at the reception desk.
• Maintain cleanliness of the gym areas including hall, workout machines, glass surfaces, and toilets.
• Monitor the gym environment and report any issues or concerns to management.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as using Word, Excel, and typing documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a gym or fitness environment.
• Capable of handling cleaning duties efficiently alongside front desk tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts as per a rotational schedule.

Additional Requirements

• Only applicants eligible for local transfer with a no objection letter from their current sponsor will be considered.
• Candidate must be ready to transfer their visa to our company.
• Accommodation provided, and the candidate is required to stay in the company accommodation.
