We are seeking a skilled Barista, ideally of Filipino or African nationality, to join our specialty coffee shop located in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing specialty coffee and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages while ensuring the highest quality standards. This role involves operating coffee equipment efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, managing inventory accurately, and adhering to all safety regulations. Additionally, the Barista should engage customers with a friendly approach and promote coffee products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.

Work Hours and Contract Details

The working schedule consists of an 8-hour shift with an additional 1-hour break, totaling 9 hours per day. Employees are entitled to one day off every week. The contract duration ranges from one to two years, with direct company sponsorship transfer handled promptly upon hiring. Any work performed beyond 9 hours per day will be compensated as overtime.
