Job Overview

We are actively looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor Level 1 with valid Saudi Aramco approval to manage scaffolding operations for an industrial project in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role demands expertise in supervising all scaffolding activities while ensuring adherence to rigorous safety standards and project specifications within the oil, gas, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee scaffolding crews, ensuring the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Core responsibilities include reviewing work permits and risk assessments, conducting daily scaffold inspections, and maintaining thorough documentation of scaffolding activities. The supervisor will monitor compliance with Saudi Aramco safety protocols and coordinate with relevant departments to meet project requirements. Additionally, promoting the use of personal protective equipment and conducting safety briefings will form an integral part of this role.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess a valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Level 1 certification and have a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ hands-on experience in scaffolding, including at least 3 years in supervisory positions on industrial or oil and gas projects. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with technical training considered an advantage. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of Saudi Aramco’s Construction Safety Manual, along with familiarity with international scaffolding standards such as OSHA or BS EN. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to interpret scaffold drawings are also essential. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
