We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join a dynamic organization based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 6,000 to 8,000 SAR, and welcomes candidates of all nationalities. The ideal candidate will possess a solid engineering or facilities management background, combined with proven leadership abilities and experience managing maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the upkeep and efficient functioning of facilities. Your day-to-day activities will include planning and coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are executed seamlessly. Acting as the primary liaison with clients, you will attend meetings to provide updates on maintenance performance, monitor service quality, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, your duties will extend to preparing detailed reports, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting process improvements and operational efficiency. Providing technical guidance, delivering staff training, and conducting performance evaluations are also important aspects of this leadership role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of proven experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or residential compound maintenance.
• Strong leadership expertise with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, and basic financial management principles.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong problem-solving capabilities.
