Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC and Fire Protection to join our team in the Eastern Province, covering Khobar, Dammam, and Jubail. This full-time, on-site position focuses on driving sales growth through effective client engagement, lead generation, and strategic sales management within the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will play a critical role in managing sales operations, from generating leads and handling inquiries to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include closing deals, securing work awards, overseeing channel sales, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Developing and executing robust sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven client network and strong lead generation capabilities
• Expertise in responding to inquiries and preparing accurate estimations
• Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively
• Thorough documentation skills for quotations and sales records
• Experience managing sales operations and channel sales processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in HVAC and Fire Protection sales is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

The package includes a competitive salary with additional allowances such as food, accommodation, transportation, and petrol. A commission structure based on monthly sales performance will also be provided, reflecting the candidate’s business generation success.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We prefer candidates who are Indian nationals holding a transferable Iqama, with a proven track record in the HVAC sales domain.
