We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Sales Administrator to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will support our sales department by managing quotations, coordinating between customers and suppliers, and maintaining thorough records. This role is perfect for someone with a background in business administration or marketing who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Administrator will play a central role in streamlining sales operations, including preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, orders, and payments, and assisting with project documentation. Coordination with logistics and delivery teams is essential to ensure timely client satisfaction. The role involves maintaining accurate sales reports, updating customer databases, and handling all related correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales administration or a related position.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with prior experience working in Saudi Arabia preferred.
