Key Responsibilities

As a Barista at WORO Coffee, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages following our established standards. You’ll engage with customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Other duties include maintaining cleanliness, operating coffee machines efficiently, and supporting the team to manage a busy café atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a coffee shop or café setting
• Ability to prepare coffee and other beverages professionally
• Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude
• Ability to work swiftly while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork orientation
• Passionate about coffee and creating a great customer experience
• A valid Baladiya (Health) Card is essential
