Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Administration Manager to join a dynamic team in Bahrain. This role involves leading the administrative department to optimize office operations, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will have significant experience in office management, excellent leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

The Administration Manager will oversee all aspects of the administrative functions, including staff supervision, budget management, and office facilities. Core duties include:

  • Managing and supporting administrative staff through hiring, scheduling, training, and conducting performance reviews
  • Developing and enforcing office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
  • Coordinating communications, schedules, and work processes across departments
  • Maintaining records management systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Supervising office facilities and equipment to maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Overseeing vendor relationships and facility maintenance
  • Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and supporting payroll or invoicing tasks
  • Acting as a liaison between staff and senior management, preparing reports, and managing internal communication channels

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in administrative or office management roles. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred. Key skills include:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with excellent time-management skills
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative software
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems
