Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architecture Engineer with at least seven years of industry experience to join our team as a consultant. This role plays a crucial part in large-scale industrial and commercial engineering projects, bridging the gap between conceptual design and on-site implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure technical integrity across multiple disciplines while complying with national building codes, environmental policies, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As the central technical specialist, you will coordinate and review complex engineering systems, including structural, architectural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components. Your duties will involve verifying design accuracy, overseeing technical coordination among various engineering teams, and serving as a reliable consultant to clients. You will also focus on reducing construction risks, managing technical modifications, and facilitating value engineering to optimize project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical architecture engineering within large-scale industrial or commercial projects
• Deep knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP systems integration
• Proven ability to interpret and enforce compliance with national building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in consulting and technical advisory roles
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude to manage technical changes and mitigate risks
• Effective coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
