A well-established furniture company in Bahrain is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead its factory and operational teams. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing a workforce exceeding 200 employees, overseeing the entire operations division while ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading project execution teams, and ensuring all projects are completed without client complaints. You will oversee contract terms, secure new projects, and maintain the company’s reputation through excellent service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in joinery and fit-out operations.
• Strong ability to interpret and manage contract terms and conditions.
• Proven leadership skills in handling large operational teams and project execution.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in engineering, business administration (MBA), or a related field is required. Candidates must be under 50 years of age.

Work Environment
