Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural concepts that strike a balance between creativity and feasibility. Your duties will include overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, identifying and addressing design challenges early, and ensuring that all technical requirements are met. You will also manage spatial planning and collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of extensive architectural and project management experience.
• Strong expertise in architectural design, construction methodologies, and spatial planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception through completion.
• Exceptional coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project accuracy and timeliness.
• A deep understanding of local building regulations and standards.
• Holds a valid and transferable Iqama; application submissions without this will not be considered.
