We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Riyadh. This role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the required hotel standards. Your duties will include making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels and amenities. You will also dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces and furniture, as well as thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms to maintain hygiene.

Ensuring that guest supplies such as toiletries, water, and stationery are replenished regularly will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will keep corridors, elevators, and public areas tidy and presentable at all times. Reporting any maintenance issues or damages and handling guest requests promptly and politely are key aspects of this job.

Following safe cleaning procedures and properly using cleaning chemicals is essential. You will also maintain housekeeping equipment and report any faults or losses. Occasionally, you may assist in laundry operations and participate in room inspections to ensure consistent quality standards.

Collaboration with front office and maintenance teams is vital to maintain seamless room readiness. Throughout all tasks, you will uphold the privacy and security of guest belongings, respond professionally to inquiries or complaints, and complete daily room assignment reports while updating room statuses accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality sector
• Basic understanding of hotel cleaning standards and hygiene protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Physical fitness necessary to perform cleaning duties diligently
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
