Job Overview

On Target Technical Co. Ltd. (OTC) is seeking skilled Civil and MEP Technicians to join a vital industrial facility maintenance project located in Al Jubail. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs within an industrial environment. The offered salary ranges from SAR 2,500 to SAR 3,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Technicians will be responsible for mobilizing the necessary tools, equipment, and workforce to carry out daily maintenance activities efficiently. They will conduct visual inspections, functional testing, and preventive maintenance on various building systems and components, ensuring all work adheres to manufacturer guidelines, local regulations, and industry best practices. Accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, test results, and photographic evidence is essential. Collaboration with the facility management team to report system irregularities or failures is also expected. Strict compliance with Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) standards is mandatory.

Civil Technician Duties:

• Maintain and repair architectural elements including flooring, ceilings, doors, and partitions.
• Perform masonry, plastering, concrete work such as coring and rebar installation, as well as surface coatings and painting.
• Install tiles, interlock paving, waterproofing materials, and joint sealants.

MEP Technician Duties:

• Maintain plumbing systems, including drainage, floor drains, and lifting stations.
• Perform electrical maintenance on lighting fixtures, switch panels, and sockets.
• Service elevator components, focusing on door sensors, safety edges, and alarm systems.
• Repair underground sewage systems, manholes, and sump pumps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates applying should have proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within casting and forging, petrochemical, steel, or related heavy industry sectors. A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work following strict instructions is essential. Applicants must demonstrate professionalism and consistently adhere to site safety protocols.
