Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor based in Rawdat Al Khail, Qatar. This crucial position involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations within facility management and maintenance projects. The role offers a competitive all-inclusive monthly salary of QAR 3,500 under a one-month contract with the possibility of extension. The work schedule consists of nine hours per day across six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Leading and coordinating a team of technicians to maintain high service standards will be a key aspect of the position. The supervisor will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor specifically within facility management or maintenance projects.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven track record of effectively managing maintenance teams and schedules.
• Familiarity with facility management operations is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must already be located in Qatar and available for immediate joining. Previous experience in facility management companies is essential to meet the standards of this role.
